It started with
one last wave.

An evening session at The Almond Tree in Hermosa, Costa Rica. A perfect set. Then the front foot slipped.

That early-1990s surf trip planted a question: could there be a better wax? The idea stayed with a surfing family, through years of testing and encouragement from friends. Eventually, the kids were surfing too, and Camel Toe Surf Wax became a reality.

Which temperature should I choose?

Use the water temperature, not the air temperature. The brand brief lists Cool at 58–68°F, Warm at 64–74°F, Tropic at 75°F and above, and Super Tropic/Basecoat at 81°F and above. The overlap at 64–68°F means both Cool and Warm are listed options. Confirm local conditions and the final instructions on the label.

Can I mix my six-pack?

Yes. Build your own six-pack with any combination of the four listed formulas. Six bars are $16.50 plus shipping according to the supplied brief.

How should I apply surf wax?

Start with a clean, dry deck and follow the product label. Use light passes over the areas where your feet make contact. Refresh as needed. This care guide is draft copy awaiting the brand’s approval.
